These terms and conditions apply to all orders on walladore.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order. For your security, we always follow the Swedish Consumer Buying Act and the Swedish Act on distance contracts and agreements outside of business premises.

Information and images
Although we always strive to have correct information, errors may occur. We reserve ourselves against sold out products, misprints and misleading information. We can not guarantee that colours and rendering of images on walladore.com are completely consistent with the actual product, as colours vary between computers and monitors.
We reserve the right to change the information on walladore.com at any time – including prices, product information, offers and agreements – without prior notice.
You may use our pictures on your blog if you link to us and clearly write that the image is from us and, if we indicate it, who created the image. However, you may not make copies of posters you purchase from us. More about using our photos.
To order, you must be 18 years old (alternatively have the written consent of a guardian) and your shipping address must be in a country within the European Union. A purchase agreement is entered when Walladore has confirmed the order by e-mail to the address you entered. By placing an order you accept these terms.
In case of sold out products or price errors, we have the right to cancel the purchase or correct the order after contacting you.
Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) including VAT. Any payment or shipping charges are stated separately.
Via PayPal you can pay by card or with a PayPal account. We do not charge any payment fees.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is included if you shop for more than 60€. For smaller orders a shipping fee of 7€ will be added.
We only ship to countries within the European Union. Delivery is made via PostNord’s agent and is notified via email, SMS or letter. Pick-up must be made within the time stated in the notification, otherwise the product will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages you will be charged a fee of 15€ for administration, return and handling. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Normal delivery time is 4-7 business days after confirmation of your order. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but there are sometimes deviations and we will inform you about them as soon as we can.
Returns and withdrawals
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase for 14 days after pick-up of the product in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Regulations. You can withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product is returned together with the original labels and original packaging. If the item is in undamaged condition, we will credit the purchase amount, including any shipping charge, less a return fee of 7€. If the product has been damaged when you handled it (for example opened and examined it) we deduct for the decrease in value.
We do not handle changes. If you want to change a purchased item, return it and place a new order.
You have the right to return your items for 14 days after you have picked them up. To return an item, attach a new return address label to the package fully covering the original shipping slip. Send the package to Walladore, Laxvägen 103, 269 95 Båstad, Sweden. We charge a return fee of 7€ which is deducted from the credit of your product.
If a product deviates from what follows from this agreement or otherwise does not correspond to the description, it may be returned. Only original defects are covered by the warranty. Errors caused by normal wear or your handling are for example not covered. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, but no later than two months. Walladore reserves the right to firstly rectify the error, or deliver a new product or ultimately cancel the purchase. In case of a complaint, please contact our customer service for the best help with the case. Warranty returns are free of charge.
Walladore is not responsible for damage caused by law enforcement, government action, war, strike, blockade, tampering, natural disaster or other similar circumstance beyond our control.
We always want to work to resolve issues that arise. If a dispute arises that can not be resolved in agreement, we recommend that you visit the General Complaints Board at arn.se. There is also assistance available via the European Commission’s online platform at europa.eu.
In case of a dispute arising with regard to this Agreement, which can not be resolved by deliberations, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law and by the General Court in Sweden.
